- Audio and visual learning materials.
The platform offers a Free plan and paid subscription tiers (Standard, Pro).
3. Digital Product Delivery Policy
As our services are fully digital (electronic):
- Instant Activation: Upon successful transaction via payment gateways (Flitt / Card / Google Pay / Apple Pay), subscription tier access activates immediately (within 0-5 minutes).
- No Physical Shipping: No physical delivery or courier shipping is required.
- Confirmation: Purchase confirmation and tier status are accessible in your user profile and on the /pricing page.
4. Pricing, Currency & Payment Methods

Includes unlimited practice, writing, speaking, and exam simulations.

5. Refund & Return Policy
To protect consumer rights and ensure full transparency, the following refund rules apply:
- 14-Day Refund Window: Users are entitled to a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if the digital service has not been used or in case of technical issues.
- Technical Errors or Double Billing: In case of system errors or duplicate billing, extra charges will be refunded in full within 3-5 banking days.
- Refund Procedure: Send a request to [email protected] with your account email and payment receipt / transaction ID.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued strictly to the original card or payment account used for purchase.
6. User Obligations
The User agrees to:
